muscle keeps us healthy (especially as women!). strength training improves bone density, regulates hormones, boosts metabolism. oh, and it’s muscle that gives our bodies that ‘toned’ look we are after.

strength training helps us build lean muscle, and, if matched with the right nutrition, lose fat, too. This is something called ‘body recomposition’ - building muscle and losing fat at the same time. you might know this as ‘toning up’.
