hi, hello - i’m elena! a tech professional turned fitness coach & everyday hybrid athlete.
My story is probably not that different to yours - we are just at different stages of it. I never played any sports in school, spent my teens & early adulthood hating my body and constantly chasing ‘skinny’, exercised as ‘punishment’ for eating ‘too much’.
exercise, specifically Strength training, saved me from all of this. And I want to show you that it could do the same for you, too ✨ ✨
My job as your PT is to help you achieve this:
shift your focus from
‘this is what my body looks like’ to —>
‘this is what my body can do’.
Once we’ve achieved this, your ‘dream body’ will follow!
i always say that exercise is the best ‘drUg’ in the world - but, surprise surprise, it’s good for you. the way you feel after a good training session is what keeps you coming back for more. once we’ve unlocked this for you, exercise will become a constant in your life.

in my hybrid training era
i discovered hybrid training last year and it made me fall in love with training even more.
and it humbled me, too. I realised i was a complete beginner when it came to running and had to build myself from the ground up.
from hyrox and athx, through half marathons or the sunday long run - this style of training has pushed me to learn so much about myself and the science of training and nutrition (especially as a woman), and ultimately, it has also made me a better coach.
