  • You and your buddy get workouts designed just for your needs—because you’re unique and your fitness journey should be too. And because it’s the two of you together, there’s less pressure of having all the coach’s attention on you!

  • I specialise in teaching women how to lift weights - think barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, all of it! Depending on your goals, we might sprinkle in a bit of mobility or conditioning in there too!
